Anthony has 15 years of experience counseling both large and small clients with a focus on patent protection for software and various technologies, including operating systems, hardware systems, natural language processing, online games, casual games, online advertising, machine learning, blockchain, cryptocurrency, clean technology, internet & e-commerce, internet of things (IoT), object-oriented programming, digital pens, telecommunications, interactive entertainment, graphical user interfaces, camera-tracking systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, multi-threaded computing, wireless communications, and intentional programming.
Anthony was selected as a “Washington Rising Star” for 2010-2019 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Before coming to Fortem IP, Anthony worked as a patent attorney at Perkins Coie in Seattle.
